Here You Go

As some of you may know, I just got back from my road trip. Actually I got back last Thursday but hadn't got time to blog. So, yeah. Here it is.

The trip was great. Tiring but still, its nice to spend some time visiting places with family. Its fun. Although the only thing I could complain is my skin color has officially changed. Darker. Shit, oh man.

The first day we traveled about 2 and a half hours to Cherating, Kuantan. The beach was okay, its nice and all. No complains. Although I did found a dead jellyfish near the beach and my brother and cousin found another two more. Maybe that explains why I am itch from head to toe straight after that. But it was fun anyway.

The next day we travel to Kuala Terengganu and spend the night there at some inn by the road. Its pretty, Terengganu's beach was pretty as well. At least its better than Pahang's I must say. Everyone seems to enjoy our days at the beach except for me. Gahh, in case you didn't know.. I am not just afraid of cats (ailurophobics) but I am also afraid of the sea (or any deep places). No kidding. Well, ever since the news about a whale got stuck at the shore in Sabah (as a matter of fact, twice! and eventually died the second time it got stuck) and they even saw few dolphins nearby those area. Okay, I know its noncense but in my defence, it is still in Malaysia. So every time I got myself into deep places (sometimes even the pool), I start imagine stuffs like sharks and all.

Oh we went to this place called Pasar Payang. Its a place where you could find amazing batik and beautiful souvenir. I love the place, so crowded yet so cool. Then we went to this place not far from there called Taman Tamadun Islam. I know, it sounds like a chapter in a history book. But trust me, you'll love it. They display lots of replicas of mosque from all over the world including Masjidil al-Haram oh and Taj Mahal. The place was amazing! Its jaw dropping! I love the place and I'd love to visit it again.

Before we went back to Pahang, we stop in Mercang to visit our grandmother. Hadn't had time to visit her and I love those ice cream in that Amoi's shop. Its like walking in memory lane. Oh and her house was actually located near the fishermen village so its pretty much very near to the ocean. Laut China Selatan, if I'm not mistaken. We went over to the ocean and it is, breathtaking.

I repeat, breathtaking!

I'd love to go back to the village and build more ugly sand castle. Please :'(
